The Woods Of Lake Dow Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established for the benefit of The Woods Of Lake Dow homeowners. Board members of the Association are elected and appointed, unpaid volunteers.

It is our mission to provide services that protect property values and ensure a pleasant, safe, enjoyable neighborhood with the association covenants, by-laws and The Woods Of Lake Dow Homeowners as our guides.
If you have an interest in serving as an appointed board or committee member, we’d love to hear from you. A few committees the board is considering appointing are Park Improvement, Event Coordination and Communications.
