Homeowners will be given the opportunity to remedy dues delinquencies and covenant violations with the Homeowners Association before fines or penalties are assessed.
Should a homeowner not respond with requests to comply with the HOA covenants, Tucker Davis Law, LLC will handle potential liens against properties in violation.
Property violations:
- $500 plus $25 per day until the homeowner proves compliance
Parking violation fines for habitual street or property parking:
- $100 first incident
- $500 per incident after the first
Unpaid Dues:
- 12% late fee per year after March 15
- Submitted to attorney for collections after June 1
